What TWIN Stands For

  • Together means we build with people, not just for them — families, students, travelers.

  • We means every partner, builder, and supporter who walks alongside us to make our vison come to life

  • Inspire means we dream up spaces that feel meaningful — nature-integrated, innovative, and filled with care.

  • Neighborhoods means we aren’t building empty units — we’re creating real communities that give people connection and freedom

At Twin Innovations, we create beautifully designed tiny home communities where modern living flows in harmony with nature. Places where sunlight, open space, and shared gardens bring people together — and everyday life feels a little more meaningful.

We bring the simplicity of homestead living to weekend retreats, student villages, and affordable neighborhoods, without sacrificing comfort, beauty, or dignity.

These are communities designed for connection — where people feel safe, supported, and connected. By blending thoughtful design, sustainability, and a deep respect for how people truly want to live, we’re transforming housing into something deeply human. A place to slow down. To grow. And to belong

Where We’re Going

We’re developing tiny home communities in phases:

Recreational Stays: Cozy, nature-inspired tiny homes near national parks and scenic escapes — giving people an affordable, unique place to rest and reconnect.

Student Villages: Modern, affordable tiny home communities near campuses — so students can live safely and study without housing stress.

Affordable Neighborhoods: Full-scale communities that make it possible for families, workers, retirees, and everyday people to live comfortably and affordably in thriving cities.

  • Co-Founder

Based in sunny Arizona, I’m a proud girl mom with a deep love for culture, outdoor adventures, and discovering the stories that connect us all. With a background in anthropology and a passion for history, I’ve always been fascinated by how people live — and more importantly, how we can live better. That curiosity, paired with real-life experiences, inspired my desire to build tiny homes that offer security, beauty, and belonging for everyone.

Our Mission

  • Co-Founder

Recently moved to Arizona, I have a background in public health and environmental sustainability. I’m deeply passionate about creating spaces that care for both people and the planet. I believe that safe, beautiful housing should be accessible to everyone — and that even the tiniest home can have a big impact when it’s designed with heart, intention, and sustainability in mind.
